We do not offer cancellations or refunds once the product has been shipped.

We urge customers to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing an item as we do not offer refunds on personalised items if a spelling error was made at the time of ordering. Should you receive your personalised order with a different spelling or mistake made by us, we will offer a replacement.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. In the event that a return is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers will incurr the cost of returning an item to us.
